Subletter wanted to join a cooperative living house in Brookline with 3 late 20's professionals/graduate students until the end of June. The house is a 5 minute walk from Brookline Hills T stop on the D line. Large bedroom with closet, shared bathroom is $575 a month plus ¼ of utility bills. There is free laundry in the basement and off street parking. We share cooking responsibilities and household chores. Non-smokers and no pets please. Our TV lives in the closet and we compost.
