We had a broad range of restaurants in new locations this year. Many of the restaurants were recommendations from Returned Volunteers and we had a great response from members who were willing to help out and host. We also helped local restaurant owners, many of whom were already friends of the Peace Corps community and were more than welcoming. It was certainly a wonderful week and it was great to see so many people together celebrating and commemorating one of the toughest jobs we have ever had! It also helps us to remember that we are a community and our presence in and around Boston is making a difference in everything we do.
