Fall

For the fall we are considering an educational event around Peace Corps Pioneers about countries of service where Peace Corps no longer serves - to increase education on geography, culture and advocacy on US policy, and to celebrate RPCVs and groups from the 1960s such as Iran, India, Afghanistan, Russia, Ethiopia, and others.  This will be comparable to BARPCV’s “Loret Miller Ruppe National Peace Corps Association Award” winning Caravans program which was an information program for libraries about West Asian and North African countries.
