Event Details
Volunteer with BARPCV at the Boston Marathon on Monday April 17th, 2023. This is an outside in any weather, all-day, on-your-feet volunteer opportunity. We take our commitment to this seriously so if you want to join us, please make sure you take that day off work if necessary.
Volunteer Registration opens on Monday, December 5th and closes on February 10th. That means ~ register now. We only have 80 spots, and last year we had 95 people sign up! We don’t want you to be left out, so please sign up ASAP.
Alrighty, if you’re ready to join us, just head to the BAA (Boston Athletic Association) Athlete’s Village Website to register! Follow the steps below, and please reach out to us if you need any help.

Log in to your B.A.A. Athletes’ Village account, or create an account if you don’t already have one.

Navigate to the “Volunteers” tab at the top of the page within Athletes’ Village.

Select: “To Volunteer Click Here”

Step 1: Waiver

Step 2: Contact Information, Jacket Size, etc.

Step 3: You are a General Volunteer, NOT a medical volunteer.

Step 4: You are NOT an Amateur Radio Operator volunteer.

Step 6: Assignment Preferences will show Hydration Station, Station 23– Monday, 4/17/2023.You will receive an email with your confirmation number, but take a screenshot of the confirmation page just in case.
We will send information about what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect once the BAA sends acceptance emails in March.
