Bring a beach chair or picnic blanket and your favorite movie snack for a Friday night at the movies with BARPCV! This family-friendly outdoor event will be held on the lawn at the Loring-Greenough House in Jamaica Plain. Look for the BARPCV member in a Peace Corps Shirt! The movie starts at 8pm but we will be there as early as 7:30 to socialize and get a seat!
The film: A black and white classic starring Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon as two Jazz musicians in 1929 who dress up as women to escape the Chicago mob and compete for the affections of singer Marilyn Monroe. Released in 1959 this hilarious farce is considered one of the greatest comedies of the 20th century. Rated PG.
